Experience

With over 6 years of teaching full time, I have been coaching students of all levels since 2020.

My teaching approach focuses on safety, technical progression, and most importantly—fun. Whether you're taking your first ride or aiming to land that advanced trick, I tailor each coaching session to match your goals and learning style.

Having ridden in some of the world's most challenging conditions, from the powerful wind and waves of Ireland to the steady tradewinds of Kenya, I bring a wealth of knowledge about different riding environments that helps prepare you for any kitesurfing scenario.

  • Specialized Training in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga

Practice & Teaching

My yoga journey began years ago. THe need of first stretching as always been urging for me. My pratice evolved toward a more spiritual aspect, tending toward pranayama and meditation technics 3 years agos. I went to Rishikesh, India to complete my training.

I specialize in yoga practices specifically designed for water sports athletes, focusing on balance, core strength, flexibility, and mental focus—elements crucial for kitesurfing progression. My classes incorporate breathing techniques that help athletes remain calm and centered even in challenging conditions.

Whether leading sunrise sessions on the beach or sunset practices after a day on the water, I create an inclusive environment where both beginners and experienced practitioners can deepen their practice while supporting their kitesurfing adventures.
