To confirm your registration for our kite & yoga retreats, a deposit covering the accommodation cost + 190€ for the activites is required at the time of booking (ex. Kashkazi in Kenya 790€ deposit). The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 months before the start of the coaching. Your spot will be fully confirmed once the deposit has been received.
• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start of the retreat: full refund of the balance.
• Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the start: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start: no refund will be issued.
In case of cancellation from our side (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), all payments including the deposit will be fully refunded.
We recommend all participants obtain travel insurance that covers adventure sports - and medical repatriation
A detailed packing list will be provided after booking. Kite equipment rental is available if needed with partner.
